अब 29 मार्च को होगी तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा की सुनवाई!

जोधपुर.जिलापरिषद के माध्यम से तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा करवाने के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट की खंडपीठ में दायर याचिका पर सुनवाई 29 मार्च तक टल गई है। सोमवार को सुनवाई में सरकार की ओर से पेश हुए अतिरिक्त महाधिवक्ता ने जवाब पेश करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय की मांग की।

खंडपीठ में जालोर के प्रकाशचंद्र व अन्य की ओर से दायर याचिका की सुनवाई में सरकार की ओर से सोमवार को जवाब पेश किया जाना था। सोमवार को सरकार की ओर से पेश हुए अतिरिक्त महाधिवक्ता जीआर पूनिया ने जवाब पेश करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय की मांग की। इस पर खंडपीठ ने सुनवाई 29 मार्च तक के लिए स्थगित कर दी।

पिछली सुनवाई के दौरान न्यायाधीश गोविंद माथुर व न्यायाधीश कैलाशचन्द्र जोशी की खंडपीठ के समक्ष याचिकाकर्ताओं की ओर से अधिवक्ता सुकेश भाटी ने सरकार की ओर से किए गए नीतिगत संशोधन, जिसमें तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती के लिए आरपीएससी की बजाय प्रत्येक जिले में अलग-अलग परीक्षा करवाने का निर्णय किया था, को चुनौती दी गई थी। इस पर खंडपीठ ने सरकार की ओर से पेश हुए अतिरिक्त महाधिवक्ता जीआर पूनिया से 26 मार्च तक जवाब पेश करने को कहा था। सोमवार को पूनिया ने खंडपीठ से जवाब पेश करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय की मांग की। इस पर खंडपीठ ने सुनवाई 29 मार्च तक के लिए स्थगित कर दी।
